You consent that:

• You may only have one profile per escort.
• You will only use this site to promote yourself as a sex worker and will not post anything not related to your sexual services.
• You will not copy anyone else's profile. Please be original and don't just copy text from your own website or other online profile as this could have a negative effect with search engine rankings for both of our sites.

Photo Terms and Conditions

You consent that:

• You must appear in all of your photos and they may not show anyone else (unless you are working as a couple or duo).
• Photos must not include animals, violence or weapons of any kind.
• Photos must not be sexually explicit. Topless or tasteful nude is fine. Genitals must not be clearly visible.
• Photos must not show anyone being restrained to the point where they can't walk or move their arms.
• Photos must not show any signs of physical pain, for example cuts, bruises, restricted blood flow, red marks made by spanking, caning or similar.
• Photos may have a watermark, but this must either be of your name, your username, the name of your escort agency (featured profiles only), or the address of your website.
• You may not have duplicate photos on your profile, either in your main photos or gallery. Using a zoomed in section of another photo counts as a duplicate.
• You may not use photos made up of multiple smaller photos combined together.
• You were over the age of 18 when photos were taken (proof may be required). Any record keeping requirements imposed by law with respect to such materials, including those relating to Section 2257 of Title 18 of the United States Code, are the responsibilities of the respective producers of such materials.
• When submitting photos you allow The British Escorts Directory to display them on any page of our site and to use them to promote our site on social media (Twitter etc).
• You understand that The British Escorts Directory cannot stop people from saving your photos and cannot be held responsible for their redistribution by third parties.

Profile Terms and Conditions

You consent that:

• If you work for an agency the website link on your profile must link to your own profile page on the agencies website, not their home page.
• You may not include any links on your profile, except for where a designated field is provided. Website links, email addresses, phone numbers and Twitter handles are not allowed in the "About Me" section. You may not use any kind of affiliate or referral codes in website links. You may only list your phone number in the designated field.
• You may not use your profile to offer any items for sale or to look to purchase items of any kind.
• You may not promote BB (bareback sex), oral without a condom, CIM (cum in mouth), WS (water sports) or HS (hard sports).
• If you add a link to your Adult Work profile, your Adult Work feedback must be 0 or greater and must be viewable.
• If you add a phone number to your profile it must be a normal UK mobile phone number and not any other call service such as WhatsApp.

Other Terms and Conditions

You consent that:

• You allow us to occasionally contact you by email with updates, promotions or news regarding our site or your profile. We will never give (or sell) your contact details to any third party. We will never contact you by any means other than email or via Twitter.
• The email address you use to register with us is valid. If any email we send you bounces back to us your profile will be deactivated. It is likely that we will have no way to inform you of this so you will need to log into your account to see why your profile has been deactivated.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or damages (including any legal fees) made by a third party in relation to, or arising from, your use of our site or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any content that does not meet our guidelines or that we find to be offensive, derogatory, off topic or in violation of anyone's right to privacy.
